Who, What, Where, and How Our Day Treatment Works...

Who?
People we serve are eligible through Department of Economic Security
Division of Developmental Disabilities for Home and Community Based
Services under Title 19.

What?
Specialized sensory-motor, cognitive, communicative, social, interaction and behavioral support.

Where?
Our primary service area is West Maricopa County to include:
El Mirage, Goodyear, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City West, Surprise and Wickenburg.

How?
In keeping with our philosophy of “community” it is natural to build supports and make support change easy by providing services in the connectedness of an exiting community.
